About Puzzle Parcel

Puzzle Parcel is a browser-based photo puzzle workshop created by Jisung Kim as part of the WEBBE-B collection.

Why it exists

Many browser puzzle tools stop at a small square grid. Puzzle Parcel was built around the opposite requirement: the main experience should resemble a real jigsaw, with curved tabs and slots, a large piece tray, zoomable workspace and enough capacity for a long-form puzzle. The current limit is 1,000 pieces, produced by an exact row × column grid.

What the site does

The site decodes a selected image inside the browser, scales it to a virtual puzzle board and generates matching boundaries between neighbouring pieces. Each loose piece can be placed from the tray onto the board and dragged into position. A magnetic snap confirms a correct placement when the piece is close enough to its target.

Curved Jigsaw is the primary mode. Tile Swap, Sliding Puzzle and Mosaic Reveal are shorter alternatives that use the same selected image.

What the site does not do

Puzzle Parcel does not currently operate accounts, public galleries, multiplayer rooms, cloud saves, content moderation or an image-upload service. Uploaded photos stay in the active browser session. A shared puzzle is created as an HTML file containing a compressed copy of the image and the puzzle configuration.

Independent publishing

Puzzle Parcel is independently maintained. AI tools may assist with implementation drafts, testing and wording, but public functionality and explanations are reviewed before release. Advertising may support domain and maintenance costs, but it does not alter puzzle generation or results.
